AccuCall provides the next generation of data analysis for qPCR - reliable, standardised results for positive, negative, quantitation and Ct/Cq. AccuCall can automatically or manually upload an export from a thermocycler, classify, quantify and in seconds export a simple report to your computer.
Automated analysis of qPCR data removes any need for data manipulation such as manually setting baselines and thresholds .

Our patented technology uses machine learning to extract key characteristics (a so called ‘fingerprint’) from historical data. This allows the information to be represented on a graph. Two clusters of data points are formed, representing a positive or negative result, thus creating a COR Template. When new data enters our system, the extracted 'fingerprint' is analysed and compared to the existing graph. The data will be classified as positive or negative, based on its position on the graph.
Reports can be generated in both HTML and CSV formats, depending on your requirements. The HTML format displays a summary of the analysis,as well as the classifications and graphical representations of the data. The CSV format, displays the same information and allows further processing of the data, including easy import to LIM systems. AWS has achieved ISO 27001 certification and has been validated as a Level 1 service provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS). They undergo annual SOC 1 audits and have been successfully evaluated at the Moderate level for Federal government systems as well as DIACAP Level 2 for DoD systems.

Based in the United Kingdom, Azure PCR develops innovative solutions for analysis of the complex data produced during the qPCR process. Azure PCR is constantly looking to new areas to add value and so is also working with High Resolution Melt kit manufacturers to automatically interpret the data produced by this process as well.
Azure PCR was founded in 2009 by Aron Cohen and Ze’ev Russak, after they were consulted on a project involving bacterial detection in hospitals. The client had noted that current software supplied by the qPCR cycler manufacturer was insufficient for their diagnostic needs. These limitations with qPCR data analysis were highly documented and well recognised in scientific literature. After the project’s conclusion, Aron and Ze’ev set about building a piece of software to lower costs and prevent the need for on-site expertise in pathogen detection. The team’s solution brings accurate diagnostics to areas where scientific expertise is largely unavailable, including emerging economies.
Since then, the Azure PCR team has expanded to include experts in qPCR, clinical diagnosis, signal processing, machine learning, quality control and software development.
